A classic example of this fine French-American hybrid grape, our Seyval exhibits juicy Granny Smith apple notes with hints of peach skin and star fruit and a dash freshly cut grass on the nose. It’s crisp acidity in nicely balanced with a hint of residual sugar. This wine would pair nicely with catfish tacos or a fresh green salad with Chevre and citrus vinaigrette.
