2017 Dry Riesling

R.S. 0.8%, 3.10 pH, 7.8 g/L TA, 12% Alc.

Composed of fruit sourced from Kashong Glen Vineyard, Gibson Vineyard, and Morris Vineyards, our Dry Riesling is a blend of these vineyards fermented in a variety of styles.  Fermented in neutral oak and stainless steel, this wine is meant to be a wonderful representation of the vintage.
